My sweet mother in law came and helped me for two days to make this salsa. Now that I see how much work goes into it, I appreciate the salsa she's given us over the years so much more! If you're lucky, I just might share...

Look at you Betty!!! I have wanted to can salsa, but then I just figured what the heck am I thinking and I go to Chili's and pick some up!!! I'm sure it's delish (hint hint)!!
