Santa came to town!

This was our best Christmas morning yet. I think it was because Jack totally got it this year. He loved Santa and everything about the season. Me and Randy got up a little after seven to get the video camera ready, and at about 7:30 had to go wake Jack up ourselves cause we were too excited to wait any longer. He ran out into the living room and said "Santa came to town!". It was too cute. My parents and little sis came over to watch him open presents. It was fun to have them. I think Jack's favorite presents were his kitchen, his batman pjs, and his skates. He also got big boy undies...we just about have him potty trained! Me and Randy got to open our first homemade gift from Jack. It was a cute book that he made in school. My mom used to tell me those kinds of gifts were her favorite and I always thought she was full of crap, but now I get it! After presents we had breakfast. My dad made omlets. It's tradition...so I'm glad he was at my house Christmas morning. Later that day we went to my parents to open gifts with my brothers and sisters. We draw names every year...and the thing is you really want Landon to draw your name. He gives the best gifts. Sally was the lucky one this year. Landon gave her four envelopes. The first two were gift certificates for pedicures. Then the last two said that she had to choose one or the other, but not both, and she had to choose what envelope she wanted before she opened it. She chose the one with a hundred dollar bill in it! The other one ended up being a nights stay at the Grand America. I hope that kid draws my name next year!
